1 1/4 inch neutral density filter with optical density 0.6 - transmission 25% - attenuation factor 4x. Can only be used as an additional filter for solar observations!
If you need to attenuate glare and want to use a filter far in front of the focal point (e.g. in front of a binocular), then the neutral density filters are just the thing.
Thanks to the fine optical polishing of our filters, there is no loss of sharpness at high magnifications, even with a filter position 20 or 30 cm in front of the focal point.
The flat glass is mounted in the 1 1/4 inch screw thread mount, so any 1 1/4 inch filters (including 1 1/4 inch color filters) can be combined with each other.
